So happy for you doing so fine! Do you still use YNAB? I tried multiple times to be consistent with it but failed :( Now i just used my own spreadsheet. Also YNAB is crazy costly. Please talk more about finances. Maybe the consideration on why choosing not to own a home? I'm curious!

Thank you, Jen!! <333 Yeah, I still use YNAB simply because I'm used to the system and can't imagine doing the same thing on any other app/software. But I agree with you!! It's very expensive now!! They've even increased the price for long time users like me. So far it's still worth the price, so I'm still paying it 🥲 I also agree that YNAB has a pretty big learning curve. They've changed their designs to make it easier, but I don't know how much it's helped new users.

Thank you for letting me know that you enjoy reading about personal finance. It's my pet subject too! I'm kind of hesitant to talk more about it because everyone's finance is so different, but I'll figure it out!

For now, to answer your question, I don't own a home because I can't afford it HAHAHA not the kind of home and location I want anyway. I guess I can afford it if I move things around, but I'm not sure I want to change my current lifestyle. I think before I buy something so permanent and long term, I need to learn how to take roots first. All my life I've always moved around, never staying in one place for at least a decade (not even when I was little and lived with my parents). So, yeah, I'm still not sure about owning a home. Personally, I want to get to a point where I can buy a home without KPR. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW I'M GONNA DO THAT, but one can dream HAHA
